Paala Undrallu also called as Undralla payasam is sweet dessert recipe prepared with rice flour,sugar  and milk.This recipe is specially prepared on Vinayaka Chavithi and offered to lord Ganapathi.
Ingredients:
For the rice balls:
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Water - 1 cup
For the sauce:
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Grated fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

For the rice balls:

Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Grated fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Preparation method:
- In a pan add water,ghee and salt .bring it to boil
 - Add rice flour to it and mix it well to prevent lumps.
 - Reduce the flame to low and cook for 2 min or till it forms a dough consistency
 - Turn off the flame and let it cool down a little
 - When it is warm, grease your palms and knead it
 - Make a soft dough & cover it to prevent it from drying
 - Grease your palms again & make small balls with dough
 - Cover them till you use to prevent them from drying
 - Heat the milk in a wide pan
 - Add sugar and grated fresh coconut and let it boil for 2 minutes
 - Now slowly add the prepared rice balls to the boiling milk
 - Let it cook on a medium flame for 5 - 7 minutes
 - Stir occasionally
 - Add the cardamom powder & stir
 - Turn off the flame
 - Serve warm or cold.
