Ingredients :
Basmati rice - 1 1/2 cups
Ghee - 1 1/2 tbsp
cumin sedds - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation method :

- Wash rice & soak in 3 cups of water for 1hr & drain
- Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds cook it uncovered for a minute
- Add rice, salt to taste & 3 cups of water stir well cover it with lid & cook it
- serve hot
