Ingredients :
Rice flour - 2 cups
Finely chopped onion - 1 medium size
Finely chopped green chillies - 2
Black mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 6-7
Oil - 2 tsps
1 inch ginger piece - finely chopped
Salt to taste
Preparation Method :

- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger, green chillies stir well cook it for a min
- Now add rice flour & salt to taste
- Add 1 cup water, keep stirring & let it cook for 5 min on low flame.
- Garnish with dryfruits, curry leaves or coriander leaves
- Serve hot.
